- All items are covered by a 3 day warranty
- For item/s that are shipped the 3 day warranty will start
upon delivery of the item/s or arrival at LBC branch (for pickup)
- Warranty only covers factory defect/s, does not cover misuse, negligence or due to handling by buyer.
- Defective items will either be repaired, replaced or exchanged to another item.
- Items or units showing physical damage due to user
negligence (like scratches, cracks, dings or dents) and/or compatibility issues
will not be covered by our warranty.

Must have the original packaging
Within the warranty period
Please be guided that a change of mind on the part of the buyer does not entitle the buyer to an exchange.
Note: Buyers who are not from Cebu City will pay the shipping fee and will be required to send a video showing the issue. Gusto Ko Toh has the right to refuse warranty claim if item has sign/s of being tampered.
